The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is reshaping the landscape of safety reporting, pushing organisations to go beyond their internal safety protocols and dive deep into the dynamics of their entire value chain.
Join Matthew Cowie and Samantha Thomas from EY in ecoPortal’s next thought leadership webinar to level up your knowledge on the impact of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) on Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW).
Matthew and Samantha will discuss what the CSRD might mean for organisations across Australasia, offer case studies of organisations effectively integrating safety considerations into their reporting, and shed light onto practical examples of how you can enhance the transparency and accountability of your own organisation's safety practices.
This webinar is for all organisation leaders concerned with sustainability or HSW, and especially for those looking to build more sustainable, ethical, and safe practices into their organisation’s core.
Matthew is a Partner with EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services team. Matthew has over 18 years’ experience in the climate change and energy sectors, with extensive knowledge of climate change and energy policy, emissions pricing and electricity markets. He has a particular focus on the energy sector through working for large integrated utilities as well as through consulting projects for the sector.
Prior to working at EY Matthew worked in the Climate Directorate of the New Zealand Ministry for the Environment for five years, helping to develop several substantial climate policy programmes.
