You can register online through the ePIC website. Once you've registered you'll receive an email confirmation. Check your spam or junk folder in case it's gone in there.

Yes, up to four people from one organisation can attend. If you'd like to register more than four people please talk to your Customer Success representative.

The registration includes the full day conference, tea breaks and lunch, and also drinks and canapes during the networking function.

We understand that circumstances change and you may no longer be able to attend. If that's the case please email to let us know. If a colleague is able to take your place, please let us know and we can then update the registration details.

We'd prefer that you do attend the full day, as it's going to be a packed agenda with valuable presentations and networking that you won't want to miss. However if you're only able to attend for some of the conference you're welcome to register - please contact your CSM to let them know when you'll be attending.

Doors will open from 8.30am with the conference kicking off at 9.00am sharp.
The conference will finish at 5.00pm, followed by networking drinks and canapes until approx. 6.00pm.

Eden Park, Kingsland, Auckland. Entry is at Gate G, where you go to the main reception, and follow the signs to the World Cup Lounge West. The conference room is on level 1, accessible either via elevator or stairs.

There's plenty of free parking available at Eden Park. Enter and park at Gate G, which is located off Reimers Ave. For public transport, Eden Park is located next to many bus stops and the Kingsland train station.

The dress code, is there is no dress code! Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Yes there will be wifi available in the conference room.
Will presentations be available online?
Most presentations will be available online following ePIC.
Where can I find an agenda?
The agenda will be available soon. Check back to the website in June for more detailed information on timings and presentation topics.

There are a number of accommodation options around Eden Park and the surrounding suburbs (Kingsland, Mt Eden and Ponsonby). Auckland CBD is just a 10 minute drive away.
